Every time in San Mateo, I choose this place. The hotel is newly renovated with RESPECTFUL personnel who was great at customer service. The location is convenient and particularly good and it is not far from hillsdale shopping center, the bay area and the peninsula and probably the bay area. There's cool Peets Coffee & Tea a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, make desserts etc.

What a comfortable and favourable location to launder everything! Huge and fancy rooms with microwave, all the amenities and fridge.

Marvellous and incredibly comfortable location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Amazingly nice and excellent staff who was great at customer service and nothing was trouble for them.

The hotel had a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which was convenient for our stay. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was close to the freeway, Whole Foods, and various dining options.

The building itself was quite old and in need of updates. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could have been better, and there were visible stains on the carpet and furniture.

I got a reasonably large and huge room with a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were very friendly and respectful, their services were great. The setting of hotel was comfy and favourable, in the Bay Area.
